Letter by Khanum Muhtaram's lawyer about the evacuation of a room, 1929
Draft of the letter written by Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, the attorney of Khanum Muhtaram, to the Justice Department of Fars about the evacuation of a room in a house located in Bazar-i Murgh neighborhood usurped by Zahra Baygum. She has also occupied some of the other rooms of that house with all the furniture without the owner's permission.

Power of attorney from Lutf‘ali's wife, 1915
Mirza ‘Abd Allah, having the power of attorney from Lutf‘ali's wife, receives two hundred thirty tumans from Haj Mas‘ud al-Dawlah for an inheritance related matter; after Haj Mas‘ud al-Dawlah's complaint, the court rules his money be returned by Mirza ‘Abd Allah, whom in turn should receive the same amount from Lutf‘ali's wife; the woman's attorney appeals the ruling and is granted a grace period, while agents request Mirza ‘Abd Allah give immediate payment; Mirza ‘Abd Allah then complains that the two parties should be treated equally and he should also be given a grace period.

Usurpation of Khanum Sardar's property
Petition by Muhammad Yusuf Khan from Harat to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the Government of Khurasan and Jalal al-Sultan, who has confiscated the property of Khanum Sardar in Himmat Abad and requests money in order to return the property. Since Khanum Sardar had transferred the property to Muhammad Yusuf Khan, he is asked to provide the money. Muhammad Yusuf Khan has been informed that due to his delay in the payment, the property has been sold off by Khanum Sardar's attorney. He deems this transaction unlawful and asks for justice.

Mufarrah al-Saltanah's petitions, 1923-1931
Mufarrah al-Saltanah's petitions against Qasim Khan Sardar Humayun: the first petition dates to 16 Jan 1923, in which Mufarrah al-Saltanah, mother of the Sardar Rashid's children, gives 1500 tumans as a lawyer's fee to Sayyid Husayn Aqa Hujjat al-Islamzadah as a lawyer's fee if she receives 12000 tumans from Sardar Humayun. Sulayman (the son of Haji Baba Muhammad'uf), the merchant of Russian nationality and resident of Istanbul, writes to the Russian consulate in Tabriz regarding the breach of his late wife (Sughra Khanum)'s right of inheritance.
